It is a brave step to seek out therapy. Together, we will create a safe, curious, and collaborative space to explore what led you here and how it impacts your life and relationships. We all carry pain, grief, shame, anxiety, and fear; through our work, we’ll seek to understand these experiences and move toward healing and growth. Recognizing that we are shaped by our families and broader systems, we will explore the “whys” behind patterns and gently shift from judgment toward self-compassion as you navigate life’s ups and downs.
I work with adolescents (13+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, eating disorders, and disordered eating. I also specialize in supporting individuals through the perinatal and postpartum seasons, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, fertility challenges, birth experiences, loss, and the emotional complexities of early parenthood. I bring advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and am passionate about helping parents feel supported, grounded, and less alone during this vulnerable and transformative time.
I have 8 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, including 5 years in a residential setting, and am deeply committed to helping individuals develop a more peaceful and trusting relationship with food and their bodies. I am HAES-aligned and trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic, and I integrate CBT and DBT as needed to support each client’s unique needs.
Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer telehealth sessions for individuals across Washington State and would be honored to connect if this feels like a good fit.
